STAFFING
Both sessions are led by an experienced and qualified Care Club Manager, Senior Play Worker and supported by an Assistant Play Worker. Staff levels always meet the requirements set out by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
All our staff undertake a programme of in-house training courses alongside their National Qualifications and have been subject to an DBS Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and Cardiff County Council’s Recruitment and Selection procedures. The club is staffed on a minimum adult: child ratio of 1:8.
