STAFFING
Each session is led by an experienced and qualified Senior Play Worker, supported by a team of Assistant Play Workers. Staff levels always meet the requirements set out by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
Our Play Worker Team undertake a programme of in-house training courses alongside their National Qualifications and have been subject to an DBS Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and Cardiff County Council’s Recruitment and Selection procedures. The club is staffed on a minimum adult: child ratio of 1:8.
