FEES

Severn Care Club offers the Cardiff Childcare Offer. The Cardiff Childcare Offer provides 30 hours a week of Government funded early education and childcare (17.5 hours childcare, 12.5 hours early education during term time), for eligible working parents of 3 to 4 year olds, during term time. Payment is made by cash, bank transfer, cheque (made payable to Cardiff Council), Childcare Vouchers or through the 30 Hour Childcare Offer. Fees cannot be refunded in the event a child does not attend due to illness or for any other reason except for Bank Holidays and INSET DAYS.

The fees for a Wrap Around Session are £18 per session and the fees for After School Club are £11 per session.  There is an additional charge of £2.25 per session for snack, consumables and other activities.  You may be able to claim Child Tax Credit to help towards the cost of your child’s care, telephone the Helpline on 0300 123 4097. Alternative payment plans can be arranged on an individual basis if necessary, please contact Mrs Phillips.

An additional minimum charge of £20.00 per 15-minute period is payable by parents collecting their child/ren late. Please refer to the Late Collection Procedures detailed in this booklet.
